For many companies, the ability to train large numbers of people quickly is a key factor in their ability to bring out new products, respond to changes in markets and to ward off competition. Technology has enabled the development of E-Learning solutions and tools that facilitate the delivery of the right information and skills to the right people at the right time.
Fáilte Ireland is proactively developing these new learning tools. The Essential Food Safety Skills programme is the first of many Fáilte Ireland training products to go on-line. Our objective is that this initiative will address a business's need for learning resources that are both accessible and timely, empower learners and make our training programmes even more accessible.
Fáilte Ireland's E-Learning courses are designed to be absorbed in short bursts of under one hour so that they can fit in with work requirements. Course material is available 24 hours per day, allowing employees to study where ever they have access to an online computer. In addition, all of our company clients will have the capability to independently track the learning progress of their employees.
