Pre-Purchase Reports are carried out so property buyers can purchase with confidence knowing that the building structure is sound and any defects have been identified. The report identifies structural type, integrity and conditions of every element that is available for visual inspection including site features. Un-permitted work can be identified by inspecting the Council records if requested.
