City XXI uses free photos from Flickr ( www.flickr.com ), maps from Google Maps (www.maps.google.com) and clips from You Tube ( www.youtube.com ) in a personal manner of showing an image of urban areas over one million inhabitants. There are some 500 cities in the world today with this population, some of them with more than 10.000.000 people (like Beijing, Buenos Aires, Cairo, London, Mexico City, Moscow, Mumbay, New York or Sao Paulo), world metropolises, which can be seen as real countries.
