- ClaimTracker currently provides an IT and high-value brown goods repair service to the insurance industry in the UK, France, Belgium and Switzerland. We are currently expanding our operations to include Norway and Sweden, and will be extending operations to Spain and Germany within the next 12 months. All services are provided on a nationwide basis for each country. ClaimTracker began commercial activity in January 2006, operating an IT repair service for a major UK insurer. After demonstrating average savings of over 55% and increasing their pre-existing service levels in customer satisfaction surveys (achieving an average rating of "Very Good"), ClaimTracker was asked to extend the service to include the repair of high value brown goods such as digital cameras, MP3 players and television sets (CRT, Plasma and LCD).
