ISOMEDIA has been in business since 1991, and has a diverse product and service offering. In 2003, ISOMEDIA expanded its internet services into Canada with the acquisition of NetRover Inc. Through NetRover, ISOMEDIA serves approximately 8,000 internet customers in Canada.
In 1991, ISOMEDIA started with Sony's first high-end equipment to burn CD discs. The first service was helping companies and multimedia developers transfer data to CD-R discs onto a single disk so they could test it before mass production. ISOMEDIA also helped companies burn data onto disks as a backup and worked with more than 300 different systems to help make client's data compatible with the systems that companies they work with use.
