Dave, a past chief officer of the Mendon Fire District in Mendon, N.Y. and member of the Monroe County N.Y. Hazmat team grew tired of the inability to acquire products reasonably from the existing retailers both locally and nationally. This prompted him to start his own company since it was obvious that others in his field were experiencing the same frustrations. Dave solicited the help of his wife, a veteran of starting up companies to help with his vision.
Together they have grown the company over the last five years while still maintaining the highest level of customer service that they themselves would expect from a retailer.
