My name is Astrid, I’m 33 years old, Danish, living with my boyfriend Mads and our two wonderful girls Ronja and Frida (ages 4 years and 1 year, respectively) just south of Køge, Denmark in a little town called Herfølge. This blog is about all the things that fill my life and my heart. My family, friends, sewing, garden (though I must admit, I’m not much of a gardener – mostly a garden-enjoyer), our house. We own a house from 1912, which we have been renovating ourselves during the last 4 years - and that job isn’t done yet. We have a wonderful garden, that I like to share with you guys – the garden is also one of our unfinished projects, but the flowers and plants that grow in it are not. I love sewing children’s clothes, for which I use mostly the patterns from Ottobre Design (you can read a bit more about that here) and Onion. This blog has come to be very much about sewing, mainly because it’s just come to be a very important part of who I am, and what I do.
