Situated in the east end of Metro Louisville, District 7 is a dynamic area that contains seventeen suburban cities, each contributing to the high quality of life we have come to expect. At the July 16 Council meeting, two resolutions were introduced regarding the bridges project. During the recent Special Session of the General Assembly, lawmakers gave the Metro Council a role in the creation of a bi-state authority to work on the project.
