Creekside Resort is family owned and operated, small and rural, quiet and secluded on 200 private acres. A safe place to vacation with children in a county that has remained untouched by big industry. There is not even a traffic light or food franchise in the county of Monroe.
The farmhouse ( in the photo above) built at the turn of the century, saw many families raised, holiday dinners served, cousins spending summers together, children riding bicycles to the creek to fish, wade for frogs, hunt for crawdads and summer picnics by the creek. This still continues each summer at Creekside as families enjoy the ageless recreation that only nature can provide.
The resort office and gift shop are located in one wing of the Farmhouse as well as a banquet facility on the porch and deck overlooking Indian Creek.
