Based at Gunnamatta Bay Baths Cronulla, and utilising the excellent facilities at Sutherland Leisure Centre, Cronulla Sutherland Water Polo Club was established in 1964. Growing from humble beginnings to now boasting over 400 members, Cronulla Sutherland Water Polo Club is the biggest Club in Australia.
A long list of champion players and champion teams has built what is now not only the countries biggest club, but by far the most successful. Water Polo in Sydney began as a small 2-3 Club competition. Now it includes more than 15 clubs competing in 9 men’s grades, 8 women’s and National League for Men & Women. Out of those clubs Cronulla has won more Metropolitan and National League titles than any other club.
