Datacities said we needed to change the DNS. The site was working fine. We flipped the DNS per their email and the site was not resolving. They said we just needed to wait 72 hours. Wrong!!! I spent hours back and forth with emails (NO PHONE SUPPORT) getting the same misinformation from them. They have online chat that does not work either. My client was delighted when I suggested we move to a new host. Said she had nothing but terrible trouble with Datacities. Now we are happy with HostMySite.
