Dean Carlson
My name is Dean Carlson, and I am president of Cr8 Health & Fitness, LLC.
Cr8 Health & Fitness provides physical preparation services for a wide variety of clients, including athletes, post-rehab injury clients, and those just looking to lose weight and feel great.
My experience with physical preparation starts with my own journey to health. At the age of 37, obese, frequently sick, and with the spector that I may not live long enough to see my young children grow up, I did something about it. At a height of 5'11, I went from 270lbs with a 46" waist to my current 190lbs with a 34" waist. My passion has become showing others how to reach their personal health and fitness goals.
