- The Declaration of Human Right Group is called Amnesty International. They have implemented a 14-point program to prevent disappearances from occurring with detained individuals. Disappearing is when someone has been detained by the police and the family members are not told their whereabouts or what happened to them. Often times, the people are tortured and killed and their bodies are missing and the government refuses to give any information.
