- The co-founders of Di Interactive, met in 1997 as new 6th grade teachers in the Olathe School District. An immediate passion for both teaching and learning was apparent, and a strong friendship was formed… a friendship that formalized as Di Interactive in 2001. In many ways, the spark that ignited Di Interactive came from elementary teaching experience. In simplest terms, Di Interactive is a web development company. We build high-end, Flash-based websites. There are a number of companies that make the same products. And in all honesty, many of these companies deliver products of the same high quality as ours. Clearly, our success isn’t due to a lack of competition. Instead, our most important success factors can be pointed back to lessons learned from hundreds of 6th grade students.
