an unhappy customer
- i recently paid an initial payment of £50 to pixel solutions for building our site. prior to using them, we discussed our needs and pixel said they could do everything we required. however, after receiving our payment they informed us that they could not do what we want. we want to take our domain name elsewhere and build our own site, but pixel say we cant do this and after checking on whoIs, it seems they registered through Ahosting Ltd Co and used dointeractive.com NS 1 AND NS2 as the server. the registry status = registrar-lock - client delete prohibited - client transfer prohibited and client update prohibited. surely, this isnt allowed. we paid for the domain name and email account (which diverted through outlook) and have nothing for it. our site did read "coming soon" now it cant be found - yet it is registered for 2 years and our email is disfunctional.
please dointeractive can you sort the problem and get pixel solutions (as your customer) to unlock and pass
