I hereby declare, certify and fully acknowledge that the information I obtain from DrivingRecord.org will be used by me (and by any party to whom I furnish information obtained from this site only for "permissible purpose" as defined in the FCRA. I will be faxing / mailing in a clear and legible copy of a signed release of information form on the driver of whom the record is being requested for. I declare that I have legal written consent to run a report for employment purposes only. I understand that another form of verification / service will be conducted and included prior to the release of the driving record. If I am ordering it for insurance purposes, then I declare under the strict penalty of the laws that I am a licensed insurance agent and under the FCRA and DPPA and GBLA and any other government mandated statutes and provisions under federal, state, or local laws that I am authorized in doing so. Under Section 621 (a) (2) (A) of the FCRA - any person that violates any of the provisions of the FCRA maybe liable for a civil penalty of not more than a two year jail sentence and $2,500 per violation. DrivingRecord.org makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or in-correct data received on a driving record or for a particular use or purpose, title, non-infringement or any other warranty, condition, guarantee, or representation, where oral, in writing or in electronic form, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information contained herein or provided by this site. I understand that all information is compiled from public records obtained from state, local and federal government offices and may not be 100% complete or accurate. I agree not to use the data obtained from DrivingRecord.org for any unlawful purposes, including violations of state and federal employment laws or regulations, including specifically, all applicable provisions of the FCRA. I further understand that this is a commercial website and not affiliated with any State DMV, Department, Division, Bureau or any other government agency. Orders placed after 6 P.M. EST will be considered placed the following day. No refunds will be granted on any order and I will not be able to have the order re-processed even if the information I am submitting is incorrect or invalid.
