- Dunlap's Propane, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that was founded in 1949 by Roger Dunlap. During the early years, propane was delivered in cylinders by one truck and driver. With business steadily increasing year after year, Dunlap's Propane began delivering bulk propane in 1956. Just ten years later, in 1966, a storage plant was built and a second tank was added in 2000 to increase storage capacity.
