Established in 1990, ECMK brought together consultants who have worked with each other for over 12 years specialising in housing maintenance and associated software development.
In the early years, ECMK provided consultancy services to the National Energy Foundation and developed software solutions for the NHER Scheme used by Housing Associations and Local Authorities. Our specialists have many years experience of developing software for organisations such as Halifax Building Society, Scottish Power, Ekins Surveyors, HSBC and BRE.
More recently, the team has worked closely with Orbit Housing Association, Milton Keynes Council, Leicester Council, Blackpool Council and Longhurst Housing Group. ECMK developed a cost effective, user friendly asset management tool to increase their efficiency, support business planning and legal obligations to comply with Decent Homes Standards, stock valuation and ALMO bid.
