Graffiti is a combination of Java, PHP and MySQL. The applet uses PHP to access the database, and PHP uses MySQL to do that.
So, what can you do with it? First, I have to mention that there are a couple of different versions of Graffiti, each with its own colors and schemes. Graffiti is like a forum, everybody can visit it and post articles and messages. But Graffiti gives you the possibility to position each message, select colors, fonts, size and so one. So, it is a tool to create typography, and with typography you can even create something graphics-like.
If you submit an article, it will be stored in a database, and everybody who visits Graffiti after that will be able to read your article.
