Originally from Granbury, TX, my friends might remember be as Kim O'Brien. I just recently moved back to Granbury after living in Fort Worth for a few years. My husband Brent is originally from San Angelo, TX, and is currently an Architect working in Fort Worth. We bought the company in December 2001 from Karen and John Wells of Glen Rose, TX. After learning the candle making process from Karen for a couple of months, we moved the business from Glen Rose to Granbury in February 2002. Although it's been a lot of hard work, we enjoy the new relationships with our customers and the pride that comes with running our own business.
So by now, your probably wondering "Who is Elizabeth?". Elizabeth was the original founder of the company in Tyler, TX back in 1985. Developing the candle formulas in her kitchen, she created a superior product line that has maintained its distinction for almost 20 years. By continuing to use these same proven fragrance formulas since 1985, Elizabeth's Candles has developed a loyal customer base that appreciates the quality that comes with each of our products.
