Enable was found in 1997 by a group of parents fighting for better opportunities for their children, and have brought about all sorts of positive changes as a result. We have developed a wide range of direct support services for people with a learning disability and their families and carers. ENABLE exists to promote the inclusion of people with Learning Disabilities as active members of society within the Southern HSCT Area.
