- Welcome to Eve's Ecopinions. As a stay at home mother of two young boys (ages 4 and 1) there is no shortage of opportunities for me to consider how my values and actions affect this great planet which they will inherit. I understand how Eve, the first woman created, must have felt in her compulsive curiosity and desire to know the truth of all things. Today, the honest details of many aspects of our daily lives are hidden from us. Who can see clearly the effort involved and affects thereof concerning our everday choices: what to eat, what to buy, what to use? While once a garden paradise, our Earth has endured much abuse at our hands and experts are beginning to agree with biblical scholars that the "end" of our time here could be closer than we think. I've never been one for doom and gloom prophesies however, so instead we'll call it the "beginning" of a new age for humanity.
