The mission of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department is to protect and to serve the citizens of Franklin County by providing vigorous, ethical, and efficient enforcement of the law. I have been honored to serve Franklin County citizens for the past three years as Sheriff and the previous twenty-eight years as Deputy Sheriff and Criminal Investigator. This priviledge carries with it an awesome responsibilty and duty to all citizens of Franklin County.
