Field Nation allows you to expand your field tech force without incurring the added expense of hiring full time employees. If you need a technician any time of the day or night, we usually can provide it for you.
Through your own company portal, you will be able to find techs via city, state, zip code, skill set or certification. You set the price for the work when you are creating the work order. You can then contact the technician immediately via phone. If the work isn’t an immediate need and/or you don’t have the time, you can send an email blast or text message for a specified radius from the site and wait for responses to come to you.
Here is what we offer to all of our customers - 1. Access to a web-based resource management system that enables you to create a work order, schedule it, assign the right technician for your work order and securely pay through our system. 2. Access to our database of 10,000+ technicians located all over the country. 3. We process the 1099’s for our technicians.
Including above here is what we offer our business customers - 1. Project Management if you need it. Use our experienced project management team that knows the industry. 2. Save time by uploading workorders in batches using our API system. We will work with you to make this a seamless operation. This can be done though your own self service portal on the website. You can also create individual work orders when you only have a few. 3. You can use your portal on our website and do the project management yourself if you wish. All that is needed is to fund your account on our secure server ahead of time. We will train you how to do this process. 4. We can help recruit technicians in areas that you need them if we don’t already have them.
