Lymphatic Filariasis (LF) is a highly disabling disease that is endemic in approximately 80 countries with over 1 billion people at risk of contracting it, yet most people know little about LF. This section provides detailed information about LF essential to the efforts to eliminate it.
This section explains how one lives with LF and its clinical manifestations. Among the LF community, this is referred to as morbidity control.
The Global Alliance has put together an overview of the disease in a slide show format to help our visitors better understand LF.
