Neal R. Williams Real Estate is based in the Florida Panhandle, “Florida’s Last Frontier”. Our office is located in Jackson County, about 60 miles west of Tallahassee, and about 70 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. Jackson County borders Alabama on the north and Georgia on the east.

The Florida Panhandle has an abundance of timberland, farms and recreation lands for hunting and fishing. There are numerous rivers, creeks, springs and lakes. Our timberland consists mostly of pine with some hardwood in the low lands. The farms are mostly cattle, peanuts, cotton, tomatoes and hay. Hunting and fishing is excellent in this area with whitetail deer, quail, dove, duck, wild hog and many other species of game. Some of the fish types include largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill and catfish.

Neal, owner-broker of Neal R. Williams Real Estate, is a sixth generation Jackson County resident. In the past, and presently, his family farm operation has consisted of cattle, horses, peanuts, hay and timber. His office associates consists of his father, Russell A.
