Mountain Spring Flower Essence
Description
Making flower essence is a process of placing flowers in water, in a glass bowl, in sunlight for 3 hours. Picking and handling has to be without touching the flowers to retain the pure frequency.
While the flowers are floating in the water the devas are asked to imbue the energies of the flowers into the water. The flowers are removed and the essence is placed in a small portion of pure alcohol and water is added. The essence is then placed under a copper pyramid for two hours.
Flower essence can be taken twice daily (one dropper full from a 25ml bottle). They can be mixed with water or put under the tongue. Shake the essence bottle five times. Best not taken with coffee. You cannot overdose on flower essence, they are self adjusting.
