History

I n 1974 the East End Men's Touch Football League operated by Frank Rozen comprised of six teams that had colours instead of names, and played their league games at Felstead Park in Toronto. This league played in the fall on Sundays, in any weather and offered an opportunity to those High School football jocks and those who wanted to be, a chance to compete in a well structured and organized Touch Football League. Punts and fumbles were live and the occasional ruckus broke out, but boys will be boys.
