The original Frank Bush enterprise was founded in 1980 as a joint venture between two partners to market vitamins to men. After some highly successful years the partnership was dissolved and the successor quietly began to put the business to rest. It was during this period that an associate suggested marketing a fragrance to the company's very loyal clientele.
The first few sales of a now forgotten fragrance sparked a new creative urge leading first to the development of "P" Cologne For Men and later to the development of the now discontinued "B1" Cologne For Men. Lightyears, Inc. took over the marketing of "P" Cologne For Men, developed the Frank Bush website, and introduced "i84" Cologne For Men. Under the Lightyears banner the Frank Bush line has been extended to women's fragrances with the introduction of "Jasmine For Janice" perfume.
Today Lightyears, Inc. continues to serve Frank Bush fragrance customers with high levels both of product quality and of customer service. Currently development work is under way which will lead to the introduction of additional fragrances, both for men and for women.
