This is increasingly important in the inter-connected world in which we live. At bout de chou, french for tots (and nots), we immerse the young and not so young in a French-speaking environment.
Caitlin Connelly holds a BA in International Affairs from the American University of Paris, Paris, France and has completed graduate course work in international development. Caitlin finished high school in France, living in Paris a total of 10 years, and is fluent in French.
Before opening bout de chou, Caitlin held various positions with international organizations, including the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and United Nations Environment Program. Most recently, Caitlin served as Technical Advisor on Climate Change and Project Manager, for the Energy and Climate Change division of the United Nations Development Program in New York.
