- I was born and raised in the beautiful Salt Lake Valley, Utah in 1970. My birth name Camille Sebastiane Farnsworth to Kent and Linda Farnsworth, Kent the youngest son of Philo T. & Elma Farnsworth and Linda the youngest daughter of Gean & Jean Douglass. My family moved to Ft Wayne in 1982, so my mother could spend some time around her family. We decided to return to Salt Lake City just before the Christmas of 1987 after my 17th birthday. To enable the family to start on a long awaited project to publish my Grandmothers book "Distant Vision" about Philo T. Farnsworth. philotfarnsworth.com
