As a single mom trying to put my daughter through college I am always trying to find a way to make some additional money to help cover the school bills. At Christmas-time each year my daughter and I create soft Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus heads and sell them locally. As cute as they were, sewing is just not as fun when you're in a rush against time.
Since my daughter is in the Delta Gamma sorority, I've always kept my eyes open for cute items to get her. Being somewhat of a crafty person, I ended up making my own personalized items, which then led to her friends liking them and asking me to create some for them too! So with some help from friends and business associates, I was able to start the business FunPhotoAlbums.com so that I could sell these wholesale to retail stores. The albums have become popular enough that I'm starting to create new designer lines and am looking into some other product lines to offer as well.
