- The seeds of GemArt Jewelry were planted several years ago when my husband and I began collecting gemstones as a hobby. The first time I looked into the heart of a beautifully cut stone, I knew it would be a life long passion. From that moment, it became inevitable that our collecting would develop into a business. I think any serious gem collector would reach that conclusion, simply because the process and the materials are so fascinating, and the more we learned about gemstones, the more we wanted to share them.
