Description
Dr. Collins began receiving chiropractic care as a teenager for various sports injuries. He especially remembers one time after a chiropractic adjustment he was able to breathe easier and deeper into his lungs than he ever could before. Randy always wanted to be a doctor, and after that adjustment, he knew he wanted to be a doctor of chiropractic.
Dr. Collins did his undergraduate work at Washington State University. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Western States Chiropractic College in 1978. Dr. Collins is a Diplomat of the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists, an organization of specialists that less than 5% of all chiropractors qualify for. He is a past president of the Hawaii State Chiropractic Association, member of the American Chiropractic Association, and Honolulu Executives Association.
As an expert lecturer and consultant on workplace ergonomics and safety, he has lectured at leading companies such as United and Aloha Airlines. Dr. Collins is on the medical staff to the PGA and Senior PGA Tours. He has worked with many professional golfers, such as: Davis Love III, Jesper Parnevik, Steve Elkington, Fred Funk and Jeff Sluman to name a few.
