- GKTG, a Christian ministry serving young people and their families through the game of golf since 1989. Using biblical principles to teach children to shoot straight in golf and life by offering not only golf lessons but also Christian mentoring relationships. In weekly one-hour sessions, volunteer coaches instruct children in basic golf skills and etiquette, life skills and Bible study. The sessions are scheduled whenever golf facilities are available, mostly during the evening hours. We invite you to consider hosting a Growing Kids Through Golf Workshop at your home church. The GKTG Staff will equip and train you to reach your 'backyard mission field' that is full of kids just waiting for you to share your love for Christ to a world in need of a Savior
