- I'm a writer who wears a few different hats. A former NPR producer and staff writer and editor for various publications, I'm a cultural and lifestyle/tech print journalist: a correspondent for Travel + Leisure magazine, freelance contributor to the NY and LA Times newspapers and various other newspapers and magazines. I'm also an essayist and culture critic whose work in those realms has appeared in major magazines and anthologies. I'm also a former concert violinist. But most recently, I've spent my free time polishing the drama/comedy tv/film scripts and prose fiction that I've been hiding for years.
