- Groove Coffee is the espresso-laden vision of two Boiseans who both love great wine and are admittedly addicted to coffee. Jim and Rachelle were both raised in the Treasure Valley and graduated from the Boise State University. They left the nest to see the world but the unbreakable heartstrings anchored to Boise pulled them home. However, their mental treasure chests were filled with worldly memories of Italian espresso, Spanish café con leche to accompany delectable pinxos, French bistros, San Franciscan yummy, tickle your taste buds culinary extravaganzas, Russian River reds, Livermore zins, Walla Walla whites and cafés that were easy, fun, exciting and bustling with the lone Kerouacs, young upstart professionals and everyone in between.
