If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting! Never got to the Shepherd’s Pie, so that’s definitely happening this week. The Rice Lasagna was really, really good. It was even good as leftovers, which you can’t always say for a recipe. Next time I make it, I’ll probably make it with brown rice, since we’re still making small changes to our diets to include higher fiber foods.
