Hannah InterActions Ltd, through its Hannah Cell Science division, provides products and services based in cell biology and cell culture technology to clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare industries. Company services are underpinned by biomedical research and development focused on cancer and regenerative medicine, and by analytical capability for cell population analysis.

Since the Company’s inception in 1999, we have offered clients a range of out-sourcing options, from quantitative or functional analysis of cell populations to the development of customised cell culture systems that offer a promising alternative to animal modelling in biomedical research. We also offer protocols for biomaterials testing and are currently establishing specialist systems to evaluate the efficacy of traditional medicines.

Hannah Cell Science’s products are cell-based assays measuring generic parameters of cell health or important events in the aetiology of human disease. In keeping with the Company’s research interests, these target the cellular biology of cancer, in particular breast cancer, and the lifestyle-related diseases. Hannah Cell Science assays utilise cells that have physiological relevance, enhance cell performance using proprietary cell scaffolds and can offer fluorescence lifetime outputs for enhanced sensitivity. Assays are available as products to purchase in kit form for “off the freezer shelf” use in your own laboratory, or as a service provided by Hannah Cell Science.
