Growing up overweight, Mark takes healthy living and weight loss seriously (but not himself!). He realized how being overweight made his life more difficult, made him more vulnerable to getting sick and was paving a straight path to disease.
After years of being tired of being 'sick and tired', Mark started on a mission, he researched everything he could get his hands on. He tried diet after diet, attended seminars, read books, listened to tapes and participated in weight loss programs. After many years of trial and error, he came upon the solution that he'd started looking for many years before. He lost the weight he wanted and the rest is history (as they say!).
Mark is passionate about helping others pursue better health, overcoming health challenges (dis-ease), feeling better, and losing weight. He writes on weight loss strategies and health issues regularly and has published his personal experience and proven weight loss research in his popular program, Permanent Weight Loss Now.
