Heather Brae Shortbreads has been baking traditional family favourite treats since 1941. The company has always been family owned and managed. From its humble beginnings, in the war years, it has now developed into a professional medium size business based in Melbourne, Victoria. In 2008 the business moved into larger, purpose fit-out building and invested greatly in ‘state of the art’ new bakery equipment to achieve its growth potential and obtain best practice.
