Helpsheets.co.uk has been created by me, Darren Atkinson, an IT technician with over seven years of experience assisting people to increase their computer and Internet productivity.
It is very easy to lose people in jargon, or to overwhelm them with too much information. I have found that if you can somehow provide users with information that will enable them to work more efficiently, or show them how to do something they thought was too difficult, then they will quickly adopt these new techniques, and increase both their productivity and general computer happiness.
The philosophy of HelpSheets.co.uk is to empower anybody who wants to learn, by enabling easy access to the information that will help them do what they want.
