- In the Hull & East Riding area there are two Integrated Community Equipment Services (ICES) formed through section 31 partnership agreements, but operate as one service. The first is a joint initiative between the East Riding of Yorkshire Council Social Services, Housing and Public Protection Department and Hull & East Riding Community Health NHS Trust and the second a joint initiative between Hull Social Services and Hull & East Riding Community Health NHS Trust.
