The staff at High Country has lived and worked in the Sun Valley area for many years. We know most of our property owners personally, so we are able to create a successful match between owners and guests. We also know enough about outdoor activities, dining, and entertainment to act as a full-service concierge, if called upon to do so. Although our main focus is on property rentals (both short and long term), we also manage select properties for absentee owners. We pride ourselves on our honesty, our work ethic, and our satisfied owners and guests.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Deposits are due immediately with the full balance due within 45 days of arrival for condominiums and townhouses, and 90 days of arrival for homes. We cannot make a a refund on the cancellation of a home after 2 days of booking. On other properties, if you cancel more than 45 days from arrival, we will refund all buy $100 of your deposit. Cancellation within 45 days of arrival will cause forfeiture of payments. Cancellation outside 45 days of arrival will cause forfeiture of deposit made. If the property can be re-booked, we retain a fee of 5% of the gross amount and refund the balance. There are no refunds for early departure.
As to privacy, many of our clients protect their privacy - both homeowners and Guests - and rightly so. We couldn't agree more. Therefore, as a matter of policy, High Country does not release information of a financial or personal nature without the express permission of the Guest or property owner being investigated, for any reason whatsoever.
