The owner of High Gear Consulting, Inc. is Thomas J. Liebeskind. He has been working or consulting in the Information Technology field since 1993. He began his professional career in the Navy as a submariner, completing his electronics and electrical schools at the top of his class. After the Navy, he worked as an electrician. Fascinated with the developing computer technology field, he began studying mainframe operations and graduated at the top of his technical class.
