Hillary Clinton Accountability Project

Description

The Hillary Clinton Accountability Project is a project of the United States Justice Foundation intended to educate the public about the largest federal election campaign fraud ever reported. Through its representation of whistleblower Peter Paul in his ongoing landmark court case, Paul vs. Hillary Rodham Clinton, William Jefferson Clinton, et al., the USJF will uncover in court and expose evidence linking Senator Hillary Clinton and then-President Bill Clinton with orchestrating a multi-million-dollar fraud against Paul, the Federal Election Commission and other Federal agencies, as well as the voters of New York, in connection with her 2000 election to the U.S. Senate.

Mr. Paul's allegations have already resulted in the first-ever criminal trial of a Senator's campaign finance director for election fraud. The Justice Department's Office of Public Integrity's case presented in the trial of David Rosen corroborated the principal claims that Paul has consistently made since he became a whistle blower in March, 2001. The government confirmed that Paul personally contributed "more than $1.2 million" to Hillary Clinton's campaign, that the contribution was hidden from the public and the FEC, and that, contrary to Hillary Clinton's reports and statements that Paul's company Stan Lee Media had contributed $401,000, the campaign knew that Stan Lee Media had not contributed anything. While jurors commented after their acquittal of Rosen that they did not believe Rosen was exclusively culpable for the three fraudulent FEC reports filed by Hillary's campaign treasurer, Andrew Grossman, the trial left no doubt that the fraud had taken place as Paul described it.

The continued prosecution of Paul's civil case has now become more important than ever, since the government has made clear it intends to shield Hillary Clinton from any accountability for the FEC fraud that can no longer be blamed on David Rosen. That civil case will be the only legal venue that can compel Senator Clinton to testify under oath regarding her role in the criminal misconduct charged by the U.S. government against her Senate campaign.
