Historical Replications Inc, was founded in 1977 by homebuilder Cecilia Reese Bullock. The company’s designs are inspired by actual old houses, either from Victorian pattern books, or from the thousands of photographs and books the firm collects. All plans reflect the company’s emphasis on exact proportions and details.
