Our Mission The Hogan Center is dedicated to helping organizations, teams and individuals achieve performance excellence. Our History During June 1987, Warren Hogan and Raymond Marlow (Marlow Industries, 1991 Baldridge recipient) met to discuss the use of a consortium model to teach and train mid-sized companies (50-1,000 employees) in the application of Crosby and Juran-style methodologies for process improvement (later known as TQM - Total Quality Management).
