Description
You may be wondering why, how, and by whom HorsesSold.com was started. My name is Julie Fisher and I am the webmaster of HorsesSold.com. My sister Jennifer and I started this website because of our love of horses. My sister and I owned and operated a horse drawn carriage service and a petting zoo for nine years. We started the horse drawn carriage service in 1995 and slowly expanded mostly by word of mouth, because we operated a clean and safe carriage service. We started the petting zoo soon after, because the carriage service didn't take off immediately and we needed a way to pay for our animals feed and veterinary care. We no longer operate the horse drawn carriage service or petting zoo, however we do still have a wide array of animals we enjoy.
Jennifer and I grew up on a ranch in California with horses and all sorts of other farm animals. We are both experienced horse riders and horse drawn carriage drivers. Our love for horses reaches to all breeds and disciplines.
HorsesSold.com was initially Jennifer's idea. Being horse lovers and business minded entrepreneurs. We are always looking for new ways to support our horse habit. At this time HorsesSold.com is still in development. It will in the near future supply free horse classified ads.
