We have great news for you. Hosting-pp has been acquired by Atlantic Silicon Inc. We have been customers of hosting-pp for about two years ourselves and we are excited about our new roles as owners and managers of the company.

Our enthusiasm stems from the previous successful experience with large companies. We take our responsibility very seriously and try very hard to deliver 100% satisfaction to our customers.

We build scalable web business solutions that bring the highest ROI to our customers. This is not just a blank statement. We have masters of search engine optimization, creative designers, and gifted programmers working in our growing family. We are reworking management, customer service and available services to make hosting-pp a better place for all.

Unfortunately with acquisition we inherited some issues too. The most recent one was when one of the servers were upgraded and as result some people lost their sites and were down for some time.

At this point we would like to help anybody who was affected by this. Some of the valuable resources that we recommend are: • Doing a search on Google for your website and clicking on the cached link to see if anything can be recovered from there • Running a search on http://web.archive.org for your site and again seeing if anything is available there If, after trying these resources you are still in need of help, we are willing to work with you to find a solution.

One of the new tools that we will be offering is our site content management. It will be available in the near future to all our current and new customers. You can preview the tool in action at http://demo.atlanticsilicon.com This will not only allow you to easily manage your site without any programming knowledge but also optimize it for the search engines.

We would like to hear some suggestions from everybody. We will listen to all and will try to be as accommodating as possible.

Thank you for your help. Everything is working great and I am using the new site to do just what I had hoped. In the future, how do I a domain to DNS servers? I am not sure how that is done.

Thanks Alex, I'm glad someone's taking care of the mess - really unfortunate because before this incident I NEVER had to worry about the hosting - it just worked! Anyway as mentioned earlier I've got a new host for my sapphiredesign.com.au site but since my subscription is still valid I'd like to use it for different site: www.bmconstrution.de - can this be arranged?

Alex, if you can refund both rigbydental.com and asrs.net for whatever was remaining on each, please, they'd be very grateful. I know it's not a lot of money, but it's the principle to them. We'll listen to the latest news on Hosting-pp and see how things change there and won't assume the worst. Thanks for your help!
